Payment
An initial, non-refundable deposit will be secured at the time of booking confirmation. Accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard.

The balance will also be secured at the time of booking confirmation by the supplier directly. Please ensure you have the funds available for this transaction.

Cancellation policy:
The initial deposit paid is non-refundable. In addition to forfeiting your deposit, the following charges also apply:

Bookings for your car hire Brisbane canceled with 33 days of travel, will be required to pay $50 cancellation fee. Bookings canceled within 10 days of travel will be required to pay the full balance of the hire, which can be claimed back through travel insurance.

The only exception to this is those bookings that are made within a few days of travel and cancel in writing up to travel date. A cancellation fee of $50 will apply in this case.

Additional important information about your rental
On arrival, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the operators of Bliss Sunshine Coast. Here is a summary of the terms and conditions:

Definitions
The following definitions apply to the Terms and Conditions for Bliss Sunshine Coast.

-  The Supplier means the operator of Bliss Sunshine Coast.
-  The Client is also referred to as the hirer (s)

Rates Include:
Unlimited km, basic insurance* (excess applies, see 'Insurance'), GST and Government Stamp Duty.

Rental Period:
Based on 24 hr periods. A grace period of 4 hrs from flight times is allowed, after which another full day is charged.

Insurance:
All rates include basic insurance, however, a $2500 excess applies to all groups except F and M, which is $3000.00. 

Please note: the excess for 75+ years drivers is $4000.00 on all vehicles (except groups F and M which have a $4500.00 excess).

Airport Fees:
Airport concession and administration fees apply.

One Way Hire:
One way rentals are permitted from most locations but a one-way service fee may apply.

Age Limits:
We allow drivers over the age of 21. We now have no maximum age restrictions on our drivers. A small fee is charged for drivers under 25.

Restrictions:
You can go as far north as Port Douglas and south as far as Sydney. You may go as far west as the Toowoomba ranges which is roughly 150km west of the East Coast.

Accessories:
Satellite Navigation can be provided is available for an additional $8 per day.
Baby seats are available for $5 per day and Booster seats are available for $4 per day.
Soft Roof Racks are also available for $10 per day and hold a max of 3 boards.
** Note: Surfboards cannot be placed inside any of the vehicles due to Cargo Barriers in the back of all E and F group vehicles.

Refund policy:
we are unable to refund once hire has commenced. You can claim the loss of hire through your travel insurance if covered.

Additional Drivers:
First two drivers are free, then $5 per driver is to be paid per day.

Depots:
Head Office is located in the suburb of Northgate near Brisbane Airport. We are located in Brisbane, Gold Coast International and domestic and also Sunshine coast airport only to meet Bookings.

Pick up and drop off is available from airports from 7am-8pm*.
Depot Hours:
7am - 8pm*

* we will meet and greet customers until 8 pm daily. After 5.00pm will incur a $80 fee. 

We are closed on Christmas Day

Credit Cards:
All customers must present a valid Credit Card on arrival. 

Pets or smoking:
No pets or smoking are allowed otherwise $100 penalty charge will apply.

更改
